Old Town
Frankfurt’s beautiful old town stretches over 7000 square metres between the Kaiserdom and the Römer. With original materials of the time and great attention to detail, 15 reconstructions of historic buildings and 20 contemporary new buildings with typical style elements of the former old town were created. You can explore the winding streets and charming squares of the district with its restaurants and small shops on your own.
The Main
The Main in Frankfurt… this connects the two halves of the city of Frankfurt, „Hibbdebach“ and „Dribbdebach“ – and the Nauheimer family has been taking Frankfurters and visitors by boat along the waterway since 1880. Directly at the „Eiserner Steg“, the Primus Line starts its daily trips (round trip from spring to November every hour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on the Main and Rhine.
